退貨政策

  1. 我們只接受因運送而令貨物破壞/漏送情況的退款申請,請客人於收貨7天內連同運貨單/破損物單/所收貨物的清晰影像發給我們,會為您安排退貨・交換的方法。如沒有可以交換的存貨,會以退款處理。We only accept refund request which is a breakage/ damage triggered from the delivery and shortfall. Customer must send us clearly the image of the delivery notes, damaged product(s) and received product images, we will inform you how to return/replace your order. If a replaceable item is out of stock, a refund will be made.
  2. 如於收貨日當日起後7天內未有更換貨申請,是次交易視為已完成,酒亭有限公司不再接受任何更換貨品或退款之申請,同時酒亭有限公司毋須承擔任何法律上的責任。If there is no application for exchange of goods within 7 days from the date of receipt, the transaction will be deemed to have been completed, and WINE KIOSK (HK) COMPANY LTD. will no longer accept any application for exchange of goods or refund, and WINE KIOSK (HK) COMPANY LTD.  will not bear any legal responsibility.
  3. 請顧客務必與速遞員當面點算所訂貨品數量。若在送貨完成後數量不符,酒亭有限公司恕不負責。Customers are required to count the quantity of ordered goods with the courier in person. WINE KIOSK (HK) COMPANY LTD. will not be responsible if there is any discrepancy in quantity after delivery is completed.
